THINKING launches high power type NTC thermistor for inrush current limiting, SCH series. With a body size of Ф20mm, R25 of this series ranges from 0.7Ω to 120Ω, and its Imax is from 3A to18A. Furthermore, its electrical characteristics is equivalent to SCK25 series (Ф25mm NTC thermistor), but 50% installation space is reduced when comparing with SCK25 series. Because of that, the product is recommended for high power applications with limited installation space.
