Human Rights of Employees
●Employment
Employment is voluntary, and employees have the rights to resign at any time or terminate their labor contracts. There is no unreasonable restriction on entering or exiting company-provided facilities and office. Furthermore, THINKING does not withhold worker’s original government-issued identification, passports, and work permit unless required by law.
●Underage Labor
The company does not hire labors who are under 16 years of age. For employers who are older than 16 years of age but younger than 18 years of age, work that jeopardizes their health and safety is prohibited, including night shift and overtime work.
●Work Time
THINKING follows local applicable laws and regulations with respect to working hours and days of rest. Except in emergencies or unusual situations, employees shall take at least one day off every seven days, and the sum of regular and overtime hours in a week shall not exceed 60 hours.
●Wages
THINKING is committed to paying employees a wage that complies with wage law. According to Labor Standards Acts, employees are paid at a higher rate than regular hours for any hours worked as overtime. Wage reduction as disciplinary action is prohibited.
●Human Treatment
Any kind of sexual harassment, sexual abuse, physical punishment, physical or mental oppression, verbal abuse, and the threat of violence to employees are forbidden.
●Non-Discrimination
THINKING does not discriminate employees in hiring, promotion, training, and compensation because of race, color, age, gender, sex orientation, gender identity, gender expression, ethnicity, disabilities, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership, protected veteran, protected genetic information, and marriage condition.
●Freedom of Association
THINKING is committed to respect employees' lawful freedom of association. Employees are encouraged to communicated and share their opinions and ideas about working conditions with management tea without fear, threat, and harassment.

●Business Integrity
Any form of bribery, corruption, fraudulence, and other behavior that violates such principles is strictly prohibited.
●No Improper Advantage
Employees are not allowed to promise, receive, offer, authorize, give, accept improper advantage of any form either directly or indirectly through a third party.
● Information Disclosure
Information regarding THINKING employees, health and safety, environmental practices, business activities, structure, financial situation and performance is disclosed in accordance with applicable regulations and prevailing industry practices. It is not acceptable to falsify records or false statement of conditions or practices in the supply chain.
●Intelligent Property
THINKING respects intelligent property rights. Transfer of technology and know-how shall be done in a manner that protects intelligent property right. Furthermore, customer information is protected.
●Identity Protection and Non-retaliation Policy
THINKING protects identity of suppliers and employees who report violations. Therefore, reporting system is established to encourage employees to share their concerns without fear of retaliation owing to this report.
●Responsible Purchase of Mineras
THINKING supports conflict-free mineral policy and ensures tantalum(Ta), tin(Sn), tungsten(W), and gold(AU) acquired for production are not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups that are perpetrators of serious human rights abuse in Democratic Republic of Congo or an adjoining country.
●Privacy
THINKING protects personal information of suppliers, employees, customers, and consumers. Collection, processing, storage, transmission, and use of personal information shall comply with regulations that are related to privacy and information safety.
