Risk Aspect

  1. Establish standards for supplier and raw material change reporting and develop secondary suppliers to mitigate risks associated with supplier concentration and diversify sources.
  2. Require suppliers to have prepared contingency plans in advance, such as backup production plans and increased inventory, to minimize the impact of accidents.
  3. Establish an emergency notification system where suppliers can promptly report conditions and continuously update recovery progress in the event of a disaster.
  4. Immediately contact suppliers post-disaster to confirm their production equipment, facilities, personnel, upstream raw materials, and transportation information, compiling this information for prompt notification to relevant units.
  5. In case of material shortage risks, promptly convene relevant meetings to discuss how to allocate existing inventory to minimize disaster losses.
