TTC3 series and TTS series are dip type and epoxy bead type NTC thermistors respectively. With small size and bendable leads, the products can be placed on PCB and attached to sensing objects for precise temperature detection.
SCK series is an inrush current limiter, and it reduces impact of charging current to semiconductor device at the moment of electrical connection. Furthermore, its power consumption is lower when comparing with fixed resistor. Ceramic PTC thermistor is another component that offers over-current protection, but its power consumption impact to countermeasure components is lower when comparing with SCK series.
